🌿 Welcome to a Space of Healing and Growth 🌿

As a compassionate and dedicated counsellor, I am committed to providing a safe and confidential space where you can explore your personal journey.

I am a committed member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), reflecting my adherence to high ethical standards and continuous professional development.
I have a bachelor of arts degree in Counselling/Psychotherapy as well as additional Mental health qualifications.

My journey into the field of counselling stems from a profound love for relationships and an unwavering passion for mental health and well-being. I bring to our sessions a rich tapestry of life experiences that has deepened my understanding of the common patterns that shape our individual journeys.

In our sessions, I offer a non-judgmental and empathetic space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. My role is not to provide advice but to collaboratively explore and make sense of the challenges you face. Together, we will work towards helping you feel less confused or troubled, finding new perspectives, and making positive changes in your life.

By creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients. can help clients engage in counselling or psychotherapy.
